Bananas are so easy to grab and go
Health experts are both for and against the curved yellow fruit. Some say you shouldn’t eat too many, while others say they are healthy. A lot to figure out. We wanted to know what would really happen if you ate two bananas every day. The answer is pretty good.
All of these good things happen.
Sugar
A banana does have a lot of sugar, so people with diabetes, for example, need to be careful when they eat it. If you work out and eat mostly healthy foods, and you start eating two bananas a day, you can expect the following to happen. You get more energy
Bananas give you more energy because the energy from the carbs in them is absorbed slowly over time. On the other hand, snacks with granulated sugar will give you a quick boost of energy that will wear off quickly. You won’t have as many cramps.
Have you ever had cramps wake you up in the middle of the night? If you eat bananas, you can try to stop this from happening. They have a lot of potassium, which slows down the rate at which your muscles contract. You will have less heartburn.
Do you have heartburn a lot? Then your best friend is a banana. When you eat a banana as soon as you feel heartburn coming on, the acid in your stomach will be neutralised. It helps treat anaemia.
Do you not get enough iron? By eating bananas, you can fix this. Bananas have a lot of iron and help make more red blood cells. Your bowel movements will be better.
Do you ever have trouble going to the bathroom? Then eat a banana. Since bananas are high in fibre, eating them often can help you go to the bathroom more easily. Recipe
Now that you know why bananas are good for you, do you think they don’t taste very good? Bananas can be used in some recipes, which is good news. Some are more complicated than others, of course. Do you like the idea of a simple but tasty breakfast? Try making banana pancakes.
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions:
First, put the banana in a bowl and mash it. Then add the egg and stir with a whisk until everything is well combined.
Stir again after adding the cinnamon.
Put a pan that doesn’t stick on medium heat. Then, put half of the batter in the pan and cook over until the top is dry. Flip the pancake and cook for another minute. Then keep doing the same thing with the rest of the batter.
Enjoy!
