We can’t think of a meal that wouldn’t be better with a clove or two of garlic. It’s a great way to give a dish more flavour, and people all over the world use it. But did you know that garlic isn’t just good in the kitchen? It can also be used in the bedroom.
Most of the time, garlic doesn’t help with “bedroom action,” but that’s not what we’re talking about.
Garlic
In the past, people used garlic for many different things. The most common use was and is still making food. But it was also used in stranger ways to kill bugs and scare away demons. Even though that was just an old wives’ tale, a lot of people still think that garlic has healing powers. Garlic does have some great benefits, both when you eat it and when you just have it around. One of these uses is in the bedroom, and no, this trick won’t scare your partner away!

Effect of calming
If you put a clove of garlic under your pillow, you’ll sleep much better and calmer. We know this sounds strange, but the sulphurous chemicals in garlic and the smell of it can help you feel calm. The smell of the garlic will get a little bit through the pillow, which makes it easier for you to fall asleep. Plus, it will help you get a better night’s sleep. In other words, you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. Put one or two cloves (including \speel) under your pillow and you’ll notice the effect. You’ll sleep like a baby! And don’t worry; your bedroom won’t smell of garlic when you wake \s up the next morning and neither will you. Still, everybody will want to sit next to you. Worth trying?
Drink up
Garlic is also good for other things. Having stomach problems, like acid in your stomach? Drink a glass of water to which you’ve added a bit of fresh garlic. If it’s hard for you to fall asleep, you can also try garlic. Crush a garlic clove, add it to some warm milk and honey in a glass, and drink it. Even though the mixtures taste awful, they do help.
