After all, weeds can be killed!
Those little bits of moss and green leaves between your patio tiles can be so annoying. It can really change how your patio looks as a whole. We have a great tip for getting rid of weeds and moss, though.
a boring job
One of the most annoying things to do around the house is to pull weeds out from between tiles or pavers. Getting rid of weeds with a little scraper is a lot of work and can give you a backache. These days, you can buy special weed brooms that let you stand up while you work, which is much better than using a scraper. Weeds are hard to pull up, though, so it will take a lot of work to get rid of them. But if you use this tip, you’ll never have to worry about that again. When you use this tip, pulling weeds will only take a few minutes.
This is what you’ll need:
- 3.5 liters of cleaning vinegar
- 1/2 cup of salt
- Generous squirt of washing up liquid
- Spray bottle
Here’s how it works: Mix the 3.5 litres of cleaning vinegar, the half cup of salt, and the squirt of dish soap together. Tip: Buy a jerry can of cleaning vinegar and add the salt and dish soap to that. Spray some of the mixture on the weeds by putting some of the mixture in an empty spray can. Repeat many times until all the weeds are gone.
It’s so simple! Do you have any advice for getting a garden ready for summer?
